Well,

It looks like the Medical Marijuana,Inc; stock symbol (MJNA) is looking like a smart investment. It is my opinion that this is just the beginning of a National movement towards the legalization and public acceptance of Medical Marijuana in all 50 states.

How many jobs will be created from this, I am not sure but I believe it will be in the 100,000-250,000 range. Now that's a Stimulus package we can use, literally and figuratively.

This is an incredible opportunity for PROFITING in the next 5-10 years.

Well April 20, 2009 came and went with attention focused on Medical Marijuana, Inc. (CVIV) by the 80,000 fliers I hear were passed out, along with a few attendees. My sources tell me that the 420 events at Golden Gate Park and Santa Cruz there was a great time had by all and the weather was unbelievably HOT, 93 degrees in S.F. can you imagine?

Now that Family Guy has taken issue with the legalization issue, it's only mater of time...first and foremost is that Medical Marijuana be available in all 50 states before you should expect completely legalized marijuana laws to go into effect.

Medical Marijuana, Inc. (CVIV) shares are holding strong and I am looking for a move to the $2.50-3.00 range in few weeks time.

Still Long and adding to position in the $1.50-1.65 area.

Well, I am adding to my LONG position and it looks like a good time to be investing in a company like CVIV, is the fact that they are the first public company and have the solutions for the up and coming $$ Billion dollar industry of Medical Marijuana.

Just look at the potential if they can provide business solutions for 10% of the business, what about 30 or even 50%...it's truly an opportunity to Profit Now....This is the real Bail out of America

This is just the beginning of the Medical Marijuana Industry, Just look at the numbers NOW, 13 states and counting, soon to be 20, then 30 etc..that are realizing Medical Marijuana is going global and that there are revenue streams that will reach the $Billions on an annual basis, MEDICAL MARIJUANA, INC.(CVIV) is at the center of this industry with it's founders, technology, education, testing, understanding and more importantly the Vision to see the POTential. Bruce Perlowin is in my humble opinion the Steve Jobs of the Marijuana Industry.

I am an owner of these shares and will continue to BUY, I remember MSFT was a little company that traded $0.50 in the early 80's...Let's see if Bruce can show us the way

Tax Remittance

Using this new invention, the "Point of Sale" System will recognize the dispensary's tax ID number and the tax rates for state and local taxes as well as provide "Automated Clearing House" (ACH) settlement of the taxes to the proper financial institutions. The state sales tax amount is sent to a database and at the end of the day all money in the sales tax database is cleared and posted through an "Automated Clearing House" (ACH) to the state and other appropriate governmental agencies for that day's collected sales tax. The remaining funds are sent to the dispensary's account or other designations.

The Company proudly introduces a Stored Value Platform System with a full slate of inter-active Financial Services made readily available through a patent pending delivery system, a Stored Value Debit Card.

If you thought that the legalized marijuana for medicinal purposes was a controversial, imagine how controversial it would be if a company was public in the sector of legalized marijuana. Forget the “if” in the equation. This week a small and formerly unknown company called Club Vivanet announced that it is the first public company to enter the legalized, medical marijuana business. The company even changed its name to Medical Marijuana, Inc. While it does not trade on the NYSE nor on the NASDAQ, the stock does trade over-the-counter under the ticker “CVIV” and is listed as Medical Marijuana, Inc. (OTC: CVIV) on the pink sheets.

This morning the company filed a patent application for its invention, that the company says “potentially satisfies various governmental and the medical marijuana dispensaries’ needs for tax collection in the medical marijuana industry.” This is to identify the dispensary’s tax ID number and tax rates for state and local taxes.

Medical Marijuana, Inc. is currently undergoing a 1-10 forward split and is undergoing a ticker symbol change to reflect its new name in the stock market. The company is spinning off two subsidiaries on a share for share basis (pre 10 for 1 forward split) of the shares of Club Vivanet, Inc. (a Florida corporation) and MyNewPedia Corp (a Colorado Corporation).

It seems that even for a legalized medical marijuana company coming public, stranger things have happened.
